Design Apprentice, 26 years old, Pangasinan
Never allow anything get in the way of your dreams. This became Glenn’s personal mantra the day he decided to pursue a career in fashion. Living through congenital glaucoma, Glenn knew from the beginning that he has to exert a lot more effort than anyone else.
Though Glenn admits to smarting from an awful lot of insecurities, none of those has stopped him from going for his ambitions. One of them is getting the chance to compete in Project Runway Philippines. He won’t pass up the opportunity to let people know he, too, has got the eye for fashion and the talent in creating sensational outfits.
What sets you apart from other designers? What makes you an interesting participant?
Humility and silence that is what sets me apart. People will love me for who I am, struggling for life even physically incomplete.
Have you gone through formal fashion training before? If not, what is your fashion design background?
Yes. I took a two-year fashion design course at the Cora Doloroso Career Center.
Have you joined other design competitions prior to Project Runway Philippines?
Give one word that best describes you as a designer.
