MECHANICS:
1. Catch the primetime telecast of Vampire Diaries Season 3 every Tuesday at 8PM only on ETC
2. After each episode, log on to ETC’s official website (www.etc.com.ph) and click on THE VAMPIRE DIARIES FLY TO ATLANTA PROMO icon.
3. Find out the Vampire Diaires’ question of the week and submit your correct answer along with your name and contact details.
4. Every week, ETC will pick five (5) weekly winners who will receive exclusive premium items from ETC.
5. At the end of the promo, ETC will pick ONE (1) lucky grand prize winner of a trip for 2 to Atlanta USA and visit the set of the
Vampire Diaries.
GENERAL CONTEST CONDITIONS:
1. The promo is open only to Filipinos aged 18 years old and above.
2. The Grand Prize Winner and companion must both be 18 years old
and above and must have valid passports and US visas.
3. The Grand Prize is non-transferrable and non-convertible to cash.
4. The Grand Prize winner must be willing to be photographed and videotaped
for promotional purpose of ETC – both for on-air and off-air promotional campaigns.
5. The Grand Prize winner and companion must be willing to sign any non-disclosure agreement provided by Solar and/or Warner Bros.
6. The Grand Prize winner and companion must be willing to sign an Indemnity Agreement provided by Solar and/or Warner Bros.
7. The Grand Prize Winner and Companion must be willing to adjust to the schedule dictated by Vampire Diaries production on the set visit.
Solar, Warner Bros., and The Vampire Diaries Production team will not accommodate any schedule request from the winners.
8. The Grand Prize Winner is required to go to the scheduled set visit in Atlanta and attend to all activities set by the Vampire Diaries Production
(e.g. tour of the set, meet and greet with the cast shooting, etc…), otherwise, he/she is liable to a penalty of paying in full the following costs
incurred by Solar Entertainment for the said promo:
a. Roundtrip airfare for two (2) to Atlanta Georgia inclusive of all incidentals and taxes
b. 3 days/ 2nights accommodations
c. Return the $500 pocket money
d. Charges on manpower for booking airfare and accommodations and other incidentals
9. The Grand Prize winner and companion must have/provided for their own Travel Insurance.
10. The Grand Prize winner must be willing to be debriefed and interviewed about his/her set visit experience as part of post-promo report
and on-air testimonials.
